So that FNAIM membership is a lasting guarantee of quality for you, all new members follow an induction course, enabling the Federation to verify their knowledge and their ethical standards.

As property is an increasingly complex field, SPÉCIALIMMO harnesses the skills necessary to meet your needs both securely and transparently. Every member follows a mandatory minimum annual training cycle. The training of our staff is tailored to individual requirements.

Duty of transparency

Licence to practice, guaranteeing professionalism

As ours is a strictly regulated business, SPÉCIALIMMO and, if appropriate, its staff, hold a licence to practice issued by the local authority. A copy of these documents is displayed in our premises.

Effective management of business by the holder of the licence to practice

As you wish to deal with recognised representatives, SPÉCIALIMMO effectively manages its agency.

SPÉCIALIMMO provides you with full and accurate information about all the services we offer and the fees you are to pay, to ensure that you are using our services in full knowledge of the facts.

As the fees that you are to pay must be clearly stated in advance, SPÉCIALIMMO receives no payment unless and until there is a prior mandate or contractual document in writing, stipulating the conditions of its appointment and the associated fees.

As you must be free to choose any estate agent, SPÉCIALIMMO refrains from undertaking any activity that may restrict free, healthy and fair competition.

Acting in the customer’s interests

Having a permanent concern to protect your interests, SPÉCIALIMMO complies with the strictly-audited obligations as regards civil liability and financial guarantees. We inform you in writing of any possible conflict of interest and we decline any assignment that would run counter to your interests.

As all our work is guided by attentiveness and meeting your needs to the mutual benefit of all parties, SPÉCIALIMMO has a duty to advise and supplies you with all the information you need.

Regular progress reports

Because you need to know how your transaction is being dealt with, SPÉCIALIMMO reports regularly to you on progress with the work it is appointed to do. We will warn you of any difficulties encountered and any delays that may arise.

Formal complaints handling

Because in the event of any dispute, you will expect a solution to be found, SPÉCIALIMMO has established a formal procedure for handling written complaints.

In particular, this procedure makes provision for:

  • Acknowledging receipt of the complaint in writing within fifteen working days
  • Giving you the name of an individual who you may contact
  • If the dispute remains unresolved, SPÉCIALIMMO will give you a detailed, written response
  • A complaint lodged with the Alpes-Maritimes FNAIM branch office will give rise to a preliminary investigation for mediation purposes
  • If the investigation reveals any breach in the Code, it will refer the matter to the competent disciplinary bodies, who will examine the subsequent measures to be taken.
