Inter-Agencies charter

By joining the inter-agencies scheme, I undertake to:

Promote

general use within my agency of the exclusive mandate to sell in Inter-Agency terms, for the benefit of my vendor customers.

Circulate

all my exclusive mandates to my colleagues within 48 hours of obtaining them.

Check

the honesty, reliability and validity of information entered into the joint file.

Undertake

a thorough and fair evaluation of properties offered for sale.

Facilitate

the viewing of my properties by colleagues and their customers.

Present

all offers from my colleagues’ buyers to my vendor customers.

Propose

colleagues’ properties that match their search criteria to all of my buyers.

Accept

the principle of sharing my fees in the event that a sale is completed jointly.

Educate

my fellow members of staff and myself in the best practices of the Inter-Agencies Charter.

Observe

the modus operandi, the working rules and the code of conduct of the Inter-Agencies network.

Encourage

widespread use of the Inter-Agencies network by contacting all of my colleagues.
