    Title deeds, co-ownership rules and general meeting reports, breakdowns of charges, documents stipulated by the French 'urban solidarity and renewal' legislation.
  • Accurate description of the property on offer:
    • certified surface area in accordance with the regulations in force and other mandatory appraisals.
    • actual cost of the transaction, including:
      - Solicitors’ fees, co-ownership charges, various taxes, any work needed.
      - Full information about the property and the surrounding area, practical and useful information on living in the local area.

Step 7: The purchases

Still focused on conducting a transaction which matches your wishes at the right price, we look with you at the opportunity of making an offer or otherwise.

Step 8: The provisional sale agreement

At the agency, we draft the sale offer or provisional sale agreement, as appropriate. As we have a trustee account, we can accept the deposit you pay.

Step 9: Prior to signing the deed of sale

We provide your chosen solicitor with the essential details so that the deed of sale can be drawn up. We track your purchase with the solicitor and financial institutions. We coordinate the appointment for signing the deed and offer you guidance at the time.

Step 10: After signing the deed of sale

Once you are the owner, you are still free to contact us if need be (to find a removal firm, builder, interior designer, etc.).
