Why a life annuity sale?

Retirement is great, but you still need to be able to enjoy it.

You want to not have to watch what you spend, to be able to travel, buy a car, or help your children or grandchildren. Why not consider a life annuity?

A life annuity sale means you get a lump sum (money available immediately) and a guaranteed income for the remainder of your lifetime.

Two solutions:

• You continue to live in your house after sale, and you are guaranteed to be able to continue to do so as long as you wish.
• You vacate the property on placing it on the market. The income will be higher than for occupied premises.

Why a life annuity purchase?

Annuities are unpredictable by their very nature. A life annuity purchase means property ownership by gambling on the lifespan of the annuity recipient.  It is a long-term investment. While the capital gains are unpredictable, they can be significant if the vendor dies prematurely.
